It seems even the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has registered copper as the only solid material that kills bacteria and protects us from vulnerable health risks.
The Copper cop is back, Not as the traditional lota but a sleek smart water bottle in a range of about 15 models in varying shapes and sizes.
How does it work?
First, before using your freshly bought copper water bottle, do not forget to rinse it thoroughly using a natural acidic solution such as lemon and water.
The second step is to fill the Ayurveda copper water bottle with water at night before you go to sleep. When water is stored in a copper vessel for at least 8 hours, copper ions dissolve in that water in small amounts. Termed as the Oligodynamic Effect, this water now has the potency to destroy harmful microbes, fungi, bacteria, etc. When you wake up about 6-8 hours later prior to initial consumption, the Oligodynamic process would have kicked in turning your drinking water into a superpower.
As they say however, too much of a good thing is not such a good thing. It seems this includes copper. So traditional wisdom recommends a gap of a month after every three months of using a copper vessel to store water.
By then the worst of the summer would have passed anyway.
For now your personal Copper cop is ready and on the Lumiere shelf waiting to with you on an action packed beat.
The Copper Cop will take good care of you.
