Ingredients:
Directions: Put the Tamarind in 50ml Water and keep aside for 10 minutes. Mince the Ginger, Garlic, Small Onion, Green Chilly and Curry Leaves. Each of them should be fried separately in Coconut Oil and kept aside. Dissolve the tamarind in Water and keep aside. In the balance Coconut Oil, temper the Mustard Seeds and add the Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Jaggerry, Tamarind Juice and Salt. Keep cooking on low flame till the Water gets evaporated and the oil shines clearer on top. Keep aside till it gets cool and start using.
